The GTM Engineer will partner with Marketing and SDR teams to identify high-leverage problems in demand generation and prospect engagement, designing and building scalable solutions through automation and AI. This involves owning the full lifecycle from uncovering pain points to solution delivery and iteration, acting as both a product manager and an engineer.
Candidates need 2-5 years of experience building or supporting GTM systems in roles like GTM Engineering or Solutions Engineering, with hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or APIs to solve problems. Required technical skills include proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
