The GTM Engineer will build the technical foundation for Rillet’s growth by designing and operating systems, automations, and data pipelines to accelerate marketing and the broader Go-To-Market organization. This includes developing internal tools, creating scalable data integrations, and partnering with teams to run high-impact experiments from concept to production.
Candidates should possess 2-4+ years of experience building production software systems, with comfort across full-stack development and experience integrating AI/LLM-powered workflows. Strong systems thinking, the ability to design for scale, and a bias toward ownership and fast iteration are essential for translating business problems into concrete technical solutions.
