Lead GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The Lead GTM Engineer will design and build scalable outbound infrastructure, including data pipelines and automation, while equipping SDRs with world-class tooling and playbooks to maximize efficiency. This role involves owning the technical backbone of the outbound motion, developing targeting strategies, and tracking performance analytics for continuous improvement.
What you'll need
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, or RevOps, ideally with experience building outbound motions and SDR systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, tooling expert, highly analytical, and comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and execution, including writing SQL queries or automation scripts.
