This role involves building Rula's first Go-To-Market Engineering function, utilizing agentic coding tools to create automation layers that accelerate sales and customer success teams. Responsibilities include designing workflows that save significant time, building AI agents for efficiency gains, and developing code-driven solutions to scale manual processes.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in GTM-adjacent roles such as Revenue Operations or Solutions Engineering, coupled with fluency in agentic engineering tools like Claude Code or Cursor for daily coding tasks. Essential hands-on experience includes using Clay and GTM automation tools, a deep understanding of CRM data flow, and demonstrable experience building bespoke technical solutions, including AI/LLM systems.
