The GTM Engineer will own the revenue-adjacent technical motion of the company's GTM strategy, supporting sales through technical depth, managing customer pilots, and accelerating deals by removing technical friction. They will also drive strategic partnerships, design joint GTM motions, and establish a feedback loop by relaying customer insights to Product and Engineering teams.
Candidates must have 3 to 7+ years of experience in GTM, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, or Solutions Engineering, coupled with a strong technical foundation in areas like cloud, AI infrastructure, or developer tools. The ideal person is commercially sharp, understands deal dynamics, possesses a builder mindset, and is comfortable bridging technical discussions with commercial decision-making.
