AI GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The GTM AI Engineer will own the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI-driven workflow improvements across the company, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, prompt libraries, and automations embedded into core business systems. Key duties include building production-grade AI workflows for GTM execution and developing intelligent automations using orchestration tools and LLM frameworks.
What you'll need
Candidates must have a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in business applications or a similar role, demonstrating hands-on experience building operational software and delivering end-to-end AI workflows with measurable impact. Practical knowledge of LLM platforms, prompt engineering, and experience with automation/orchestration tools like LangChain or n8n are essential.
