GTM Engineer (m/w/d)
What you'll do
The engineer will be responsible for developing and scaling the existing outbound list infrastructure, increasing data quality and enrichment depth across all markets. This involves transforming ICP, signals, and intent data into prioritized, sales-ready opportunities through designing enrichment logic and building automations.
What you'll need
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in GTM, Growth Ops, or RevOps, with practical experience using Clay and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Proficiency in automation tools like n8n and strong knowledge of modern B2B outbound strategies are essential, along with fluent German and English.
