GTM Engineer (Sales)
What you'll do
This role focuses on designing, building, and executing systems to power outbound sales and pipeline generation motions, including building and launching multi-channel outbound campaigns across various platforms. The individual will also design and maintain scalable enrichment and targeting workflows within GTM systems like Clay and HubSpot, leveraging AI aggressively to automate tasks.
What you'll need
Candidates must have 4+ years in a growth, RevOps, or GTM role within a SaaS environment, possessing strong hands-on expertise with modern outbound tools such as Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot. A deep understanding of modern outbound infrastructure, deliverability, and a highly organized, execution-focused mindset are essential for this hands-on builder role.
