The GTM Engineer will be responsible for architecting and owning the infrastructure that generates pipeline, accelerates enterprise sales cycles, and drives customer expansion by sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data. Key tasks include owning CRM architecture, designing signal-based prospecting workflows, implementing AI-native automations, and creating reliable revenue visibility dashboards.
Candidates should possess 3-6 years of experience in GTM, Growth, RevOps, or similar revenue-driving roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of enterprise revenue mechanics and a builder mentality focused on shipping systems. Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, familiarity with workflow automation tools, and a commercially minded approach are essential.
