This role focuses on optimizing Go-To-Market (GTM) engine speed, accuracy, and scalability by working across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to design better workflows and connect data systems. Key duties include identifying operational bottlenecks, designing automations and internal tools, and collaborating with Engineering on data integrations.
The ideal candidate should have over two years of experience in roles like sales operations, data engineering, or growth, possessing a systems-thinking approach to cross-team processes. Technical comfort with APIs, data structures, and the ability to build simple tools using platforms like Retool or Zapier is required, alongside familiarity with SQL or scripting.
