This involves hands-on technical engineering to connect tools, automate repetitive tasks, and improve data integrity across the revenue stack.
Candidates need 2–5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or technical sales operations, demonstrating comfort with both no-code tools and scripting, particularly Python for automation and scraping. A strong, numbers-driven understanding of outbound mechanics and a builder mindset focused on system improvement are essential.
