This involves designing and executing multi-channel outbound strategies, partnering with BDRs and AEs, and automating repetitive tasks to enhance team effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-channel outbound expert, technically strong with modern outbound stacks like HubSpot and Clay, and possesses a marketer's mindset focused on audience and message resonance. They must be data-driven, enjoy coaching BDRs, and be adept at using AI tools to accelerate outreach while maintaining a product mindset.
