What you'll do

The GTM Engineer will lead customer Proofs of Concept and full implementations, translating business requirements from stakeholders into custom Pocus workspaces, playbooks, and workflows using data modeling and AI training. They will also prescribe initial playbooks, review performance, and educate customer technical admins to ensure self-sustainability.

What you'll need

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations or relevant technical consulting, with proven technical skills in SQL, APIs, and Python, alongside strong business acumen and highly consultative experience. Ideal candidates are humble over-achievers who thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and possess excellent communication skills.
