GTM Engineer (m/w/d) - Go-to-Market Systems & Revenue Automation
What you'll do
The GTM Engineer will serve as the technical backbone for Go-to-Market operations by building systems, automations, and data flows to make Sales & Marketing faster, cleaner, and more scalable, focusing on architecture across the entire revenue funnel in HubSpot. Key tasks include implementing lifecycle and funnel automations, integrating LLMs for various GTM use cases, connecting tools via APIs, and ensuring reliable tracking, attribution, and reporting.
What you'll need
Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, such as a GTM Engineer or RevOps Engineer, with strong autonomy in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, and proficiency in automation, Webhooks, and APIs. A practical understanding of embedding LLMs into workflows for operational output is required, alongside a product/system mindset focused on scalability and maintainability, plus very good German and English language skills.
