This role involves owning the technical infrastructure for Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, including designing and deploying AI-powered workflows for prospecting, lead enrichment, and sales enablement. The engineer will also build tools and dashboards to measure pipeline health, conversion trends, and support sales and customer success teams with real-time intelligence.
The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in GTM, Sales Ops, or Marketing Engineering at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience architecting AI-powered GTM systems using tools like Claude. They must possess a builder mindset, be AI-native, systems-oriented, comfortable working with CRM data models, and possess high agency to scope and ship solutions independently.
