GTM Engineer
What you'll do
This role involves owning the technical infrastructure for closing and retaining customers, including designing and deploying agentic workflows for outbound prospecting and scaling the GTM tech stack powered by AI tools like Claude. Key duties include building reporting dashboards, architecting multi-channel outbound sequences, and creating enablement tools for the Sales team.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in a GTM, sales ops, revenue ops, or marketing engineering role at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience architecting AI-powered GTM systems using Claude. They must possess a builder mindset, be AI-native, systems-oriented, comfortable building tools independently, and literate in CRM data models.
