Lead GTM Engineer (Remote)
What you'll do
The Lead GTM Engineer will build and own systems that aggregate and transform signals to power outbound growth efforts, designing and shipping automations and internal tools to improve how teams identify and engage accounts. This role involves leading the foundation of Growth Engineering, including hiring and mentoring engineers, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
What you'll need
Candidates must have experience building and maintaining production software, ideally in growth, product, marketing, or sales-adjacent environments, with strong proficiency in Python and comfort building internal tools and data-driven workflows. Prior people leadership experience or readiness for a team-lead role, combined with a builder mindset focused on action and measurable impact, is required.
