This role involves owning the growth infrastructure, including systems, tooling, and workflows, to find, capture, and scale the customer base across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Key tasks include building automated outbound engines, owning nurture tracks, leading CRO experiments, and managing demand capture across various channels.
Candidates must have strong experience in growth marketing, growth PM, marketing engineering, revenue engineering, or GTM systems roles, with a proven ability to build outbound, inbound, nurture, and CRO programs end-to-end. Proficiency with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Customer.io, and Webflow, along with fluency in automation, scoring, and segmentation, is required.
