What you'll do

This role focuses on rebuilding the go-to-market process by eliminating manual work, prioritizing high-value accounts using AI and data, and building systems to automate tasks like research, opportunity preparation, and deal execution. The engineer will design and deploy an AI-native operating system for the revenue engine, integrating and optimizing tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.

What you'll need

The ideal candidate is an engineer who can bridge deep technical ability with a strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward building and high ownership. Requirements include comfort with writing code, using APIs, automation, data systems, AI tools, and deep familiarity with modern sales technology stacks, focusing on measurable revenue outcomes.
