GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The GTM Engineer will be responsible for leading the technical integration and optimization of external tools like Salesforce and Gong, while also designing and deploying AI agents to enhance account research and personalization. This role involves engineering data flows via webhooks and middleware to ensure data synchronization integrity between systems and translating sales strategy into automated workflows.
What you'll need
Candidates need at least 3 years of experience in GTM Engineering or technical RevOps, requiring comfort with coding in Python, JavaScript, or SQL and working extensively with APIs. A strong builder DNA, understanding of the sales funnel, and a bias toward immediate action and ownership of the GTM infrastructure are essential.
