This role is responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows using tools like Clay and Apollo to generate qualified pipeline at scale through various channels, including outbound, paid, and content integration. The individual will also own critical KPIs, establish tracking systems, launch rapid experiments, and develop content positioning for private credit and private equity decision-makers.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps, preferably at a high-growth startup, with proven experience building pipeline-driving systems. Essential qualifications include proficiency with tools like Clay or Apollo, a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
