Key tasks include owning and optimizing CRM architecture, implementing automation across sales/marketing systems, and developing dashboards for pipeline and performance metrics.
Candidates must have 2-5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Engineering, or Sales Ops, with strong proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce and an understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels. Essential qualifications include familiarity with marketing automation tools, APIs, system integrations, and strong analytical/systems-thinking capabilities, along with legal authorization to work in Canada.
