The GTM Engineer will partner with Marketing and SDR teams to identify high-leverage problems in demand generation and prospect engagement, then design, build, ship, and iterate on solutions that materially improve outcomes. This involves owning the full lifecycle from uncovering pain points to delivering scalable, secure, and measurable improvements to go-to-market execution.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building or supporting GTM systems in roles like GTM Engineering or Solutions Engineering, with hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or APIs to solve problems. Required technical skills include the ability to write prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar, and familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
