GTM Engineer Associate
What you'll do
The primary mission is to fuel growth by designing and executing the technical infrastructure for campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline, building and optimizing integrated, multi-channel programs leveraging automation and AI. Responsibilities include engineering automated workflows for list architecture, using AI for personalized creative orchestration, and ensuring cross-functional technical alignment with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops.
What you'll need
Candidates need 2–4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, growth marketing, or a related technical field, with proven experience in tools like Clay, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. A systems curiosity, analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into compelling messaging are essential for this builder role.
