GTM Engineer
What you'll do
This role involves taking ownership of Casper’s go-to-market systems and automations, focusing heavily on managing and extending the CRM infrastructure, currently Attio. Key projects include building automated proposal generation, pipeline visibility systems, and automated outreach workflows to assist or automate much of the GTM motion.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate enjoys building systems that improve organizational efficiency, likely having experience in revenue operations, growth engineering, or sales operations, and must be comfortable working with CRMs and revenue systems. A strong commercial instinct and comfort with building automations using APIs, workflow tools, or scripting environments, especially developer-oriented tools like Claude Code, are highly valued.
