GTM Engineer – Automation and AI
What you'll do
The role involves designing and deploying AI-enabled automation workflows across the GTM stack using orchestration tools, and building LLM-powered tools for tasks like pre-call research and deal intelligence. Responsibilities also include developing internal GTM tools using AI-accelerated development and building data pipelines feeding into Snowflake for analytics.
What you'll need
Candidates must have 5-8+ years of backend engineering experience primarily in Python or Node.js, with strong skills in building APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations, including hands-on experience with workflow automation tools. A critical requirement is the daily use of AI coding assistants in the development workflow and the ability to demonstrate automations that have measurably eliminated manual work.
