This role involves managing and operating the Go-To-Market (GTM) tool stack, building automation workflows, and actively driving pipeline through the launch and support of various outbound and smart campaigns. You will be responsible for creating segmented target lists, automating personalization at scale, and partnering with marketing to run experiments across inbound and outbound channels.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a technical GTM role, possessing a background in marketing or sales to understand pipeline construction. Strong proficiency in Salesforce flows and reporting, working knowledge of SQL, and hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier are required, alongside curiosity about leveraging AI for efficiency.
