What you'll do
This foundational role involves building the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue Operations (RevOps) infrastructure from scratch, architecting systems by integrating tools like Salesforce, Clay, and Gong. Key tasks include inventing internal automation using AI agents to minimize manual work, engineering data flows for integrity across product and CRM systems, and translating GTM strategy into automated workflows.
What you'll need
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, technical RevOps, or similar roles, with proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL, and familiarity with APIs. Required attributes include a track record of scaling SaaS/AI tool stacks, strong understanding of sales funnels, and a deep ownership mentality for the GTM architecture.
