Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Engineering, or Revenue Operations, demonstrating a builder mindset focused on creating automated systems rather than just configuring settings. Technical capability in APIs, webhooks, Python, JavaScript, or SQL, coupled with a strong understanding of the GTM funnel logic, is essential.
