The Staff GTM Engineer will build the orchestration engine powering the go-to-market strategy, focusing on data foundations, agentic tooling, and workflows to enhance Sales and Brand operations end-to-end. Key tasks involve modeling the GTM experience, defining signal taxonomies, establishing clean data foundations, and shipping measurable 'stage plays' across the customer journey.
Candidates must possess a strong engineering background with experience shipping and operating production systems, coupled with fluency in Go-To-Market engineering, understanding how revenue is generated. Required fluency includes practical sales knowledge, modern marketing understanding, and maturity in building and scaling AI-led/agentic workflows.
