GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The GTM AI Engineer will design and deploy AI-powered solutions across BDRs, Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to automate repetitive tasks and surface actionable insights. This role owns the AI and automation roadmap focused on driving pipeline efficiency, accelerating deal velocity, and improving customer outcomes.
What you'll need
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience building production-ready AI/ML solutions or intelligent automation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech context, requiring strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks including LLMs. A deep understanding of the GTM motion and familiarity with the modern revenue tech stack like Salesforce and Gong is essential for translating business problems into measurable technical solutions.
