Senior Go-To-Market Engineer (Sr. Revenue Operations Manager)
What you'll do
This pivotal role involves owning the GTM tech stack, architecting, documenting, and evolving internal tools to drive commercial efficiency across marketing, business development, and operations teams. The individual will also build automation workflows, generate actionable revenue and pipeline insights, and partner with various teams on systems supporting deals, contracts, and revenue recognition.
What you'll need
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in RevOps or Business Operations, preferably in a regulated environment with enterprise sales cycles, demonstrating strong expertise in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. Essential technical skills include SQL, Python or scripting for API integration, data modeling, and strong analytical capabilities, ideally with experience applying AI/LLMs in commercial workflows.
