Growth & GTM Engineer
What you'll do
This role involves owning product growth features by coding and optimizing elements like onboarding flows and referrals, while also automating Go-To-Market processes through lead scraping and integrating cutting-edge AI tools. The engineer will rapidly experiment, track metrics, and collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and engineering to drive adoption and revenue.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional with strong technical skills for building and deploying code, balanced with comfort discussing growth metrics and marketing ROI. They must be data-driven, collaborative, move fast, enjoy problem-solving through rapid validation, and thrive in an early-stage, in-person startup environment.
