The GTM Engineer will design, build, and scale AI-first workflows to transform marketing operations, architecting seamless integrations across the MarTech stack to drive operational efficiency. This involves translating business problems into robust AI-powered automations, agents, and internal tools that influence pipeline and growth.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth, RevOps, data, or GTM engineering, with proven ownership of technical builds for GTM teams including automations and scoring models. Proficiency in no-/low-code and AI platforms, fluency in the modern GTM stack (Salesforce, Marketo, data warehouses), and strong cross-functional communication skills are essential.
