GTM Engineer
What you'll do
This role involves owning the automation, integration, and AI-powered systems that drive the go-to-market motion, focusing on architecting and maintaining the technical plumbing connecting the CRM, enrichment platforms, and AI orchestration layer. Key duties include designing AI/MCP server integrations, building agentic workflows for automation, and deploying complex CRM automation workflows.
What you'll need
Candidates must have 3+ years in a GTM, Revenue Systems, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations Engineering role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company, with strong expertise in CRM platforms like HubSpot and data enrichment tools like Clay. Required technical skills include hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude/OpenAI), understanding of MCP frameworks, and proficiency in building integrations using middleware and scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.
