Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, or consultancy, demonstrating excellent technical fluency and strong analytical capabilities to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Essential technical requirements include proven experience with Python (or node.js), SQL, HubSpot automations, and various automation platforms, along with expertise in configuring GTM technologies like CPQ and CLM.
