The role involves owning and closing a high volume of Small to Mid-sized Business (SMB) and mid-market deals end-to-end, while helping customers discover and adopt Clay use cases relevant to their Go-To-Market (GTM) motion. You will run fast, consultative sales cycles, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into feature improvements.
Candidates need at least 2 years of GTM experience (Sales, RevOps, Growth, Marketing) or a technical role (Product, Solutions/Sales Engineering), along with experience with Clay or similar GTM tools. Essential attributes include high business IQ, creativity, resourcefulness, a bias toward experimentation with AI tools, and clear, enthusiastic communication skills.
