Candidates must possess a hardcore work ethic and hands-on experience with modern Go-To-Market (GTM) stacks and classic CRMs, being very comfortable with tools like Claude Code. Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and Git is required, alongside strong business intuition.
