The primary mandate is to operate like a product manager for the go-to-market organization, working horizontally across marketing, sales, and post-sales to design and ship internal tools, automations, and micro-products that significantly increase team output. Initial focus will be building the engine behind the content program to turn existing content into a systematized growth engine, later expanding this approach across other GTM functions.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who enjoys building clean systems out of chaos, is obsessed with new tools like AI and no-code platforms, and has experience gluing together workflows using various modern tools. They must be comfortable living close to data, focused on measurable outcomes, communicate clearly across functions, and possess a creative, experimental mindset.
