The GTM Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing the infrastructure that powers the revenue engine, focusing on lead intelligence, GTM automations, sales sequences, and system integrations. This includes scraping and enriching data, automating workflows across tools like HubSpot and Zoho, and maintaining clean reporting structures.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or technical sales operations, comfortable with both no-code tools and scripting with Python. A strong understanding of outbound mechanics and a builder mindset focused on execution and system improvement are essential.
