What you'll do

The GTM Engineer will execute on GTM AI and workflow initiatives to scale outbound prospecting systems and enhance the productivity of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Key tasks include building prospecting and outbound architectures using tools like Clay and Salesforce, developing AI-assisted playbooks, and creating measurable frameworks for pipeline generation.

What you'll need

Candidates must have 3-5+ years in a Sales, Marketing, Operations, or GTM role, preferably in B2B, with demonstrated success deploying GenAI and workflow tools in GTM contexts. Strong data literacy, understanding of GTM processes, and the ability to operate cross-functionally with IT and engineering stakeholders are essential.
