GTM Engineer (AI-Driven Growth)
What you'll do
The role involves owning end-to-end Go-To-Market execution, from initial idea through pipeline generation to conversion, by designing and implementing scalable, AI-driven strategies across various channels. This includes building and operating AI systems for lead sourcing, personalization, campaign orchestration, and workflow automation to scale growth efforts.
What you'll need
Candidates should possess 1 to 4 years of experience in growth or GTM roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of B2B GTM and revenue generation, along with hands-on experience using modern GTM and AI automation tools. A strong problem-solving mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment are essential.
