The primary responsibility is to own and build Mento's GTM tech stack from the ground up, including designing and improving systems like HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo to create a scalable revenue engine. This involves cleaning, unifying, and orchestrating data, building dynamic target lists, and automating prospecting and outreach workflows.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with 3-5 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company, proficient with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, SQL, APIs, and webhooks. They must be obsessed with data quality, comfortable building from scratch quickly, and have experience experimenting with AI agents in GTM infrastructure.
