This role is responsible for overseeing and scaling the automated Go-to-Market (GTM) engine by leveraging specialized tools to transition prospecting into an engineering-led function. Key duties include mapping the Total Addressable Market (TAM), automating contact enrichment based on triggers, orchestrating campaigns, and continuously optimizing outreach sequences for conversion.
Candidates must possess strong proficiency in the GTM stack, including HubSpot, CoStar, and automation tools like Clay/Artisan, along with foundational data engineering skills for BigQuery manipulation. A key requirement is a 'builder' mindset focused on solving sales process friction through automation and experience using AI for data extraction and personalized content generation.
