GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The GTM Engineer will own and build the technical foundation of the revenue engine by designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure for pipeline generation, lifecycle management, and revenue intelligence. Key duties include owning CRM architecture, building automation workflows, managing outbound infrastructure, and developing data dashboards for performance measurement.
What you'll need
Candidates must have 2-5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Engineering, or Sales Operations, with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot or Salesforce, preferably within B2B SaaS environments. Essential qualifications include familiarity with marketing automation, outbound systems, API integration, and strong analytical skills with a builder mindset.
