As the role progresses, the focus shifts towards greater ownership, aiming for the individual to eventually run a large part of the GTM and outbound operation.
The ideal candidate is a sales specialist who understands that effective sales rely on systems, data, and timing, moving beyond simple outreach activities. Key requirements include residing in the Groningen region, fluency in Dutch and English (German is a plus), and possessing drive, curiosity, and ownership, even if specific tool experience is lacking.
