The GTM Engineer will own the end-to-end delivery of GTM Engine projects, translating business goals into actionable technical architectures, and designing high-performing signal workflows and outbound frameworks. They will also be responsible for building internal knowledge infrastructure and mentoring junior staff.
Candidates must have proven experience delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects, coupled with a deep understanding of GTM tooling and RevOps architecture. Required hands-on experience includes specific tools like Clay, Lemlist, automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier), HubSpot CRM, and advanced use of LLMs.
