GTM Engineer
What you'll do
The role involves owning the entire go-to-market tech stack, data infrastructure, and attribution model, architecting data flow from initial ad click to closed-won deals using various tools via APIs and custom connections. Key duties include designing the master data model, implementing the UTM strategy, configuring attribution platforms, and building infrastructure for experimentation and growth enablement.
What you'll need
Candidates need 3-5+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue, or Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company with hands-on ownership of a multi-tool stack, including strong technical skills in HubSpot, APIs, JavaScript, and SQL. Strategic requirements include a deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, attribution models, and the ability to design and measure experiments effectively.
