The GTM Engineer will be the engine behind the outbound machine, using data, automation, and tooling to generate a significant and measurable volume of qualified leads for the sales team. This involves designing, building, and running outbound campaigns in Clay, sourcing and enriching prospect data, and owning the outbound technology stack including HubSpot.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM administration who is eager to build and experiment, or for a specialist who has already built outbound engines using tools like Clay. Candidates must be natural experimenters, think commercially, and be excited by the GTM engineering space, focusing on building new playbooks rather than executing existing ones.
