The Founding Growth Marketer will be responsible for building the growth machine by owning and optimizing landing pages, conversion flows, and outbound campaigns from strategy through execution. This role also involves leading end-to-end SEO efforts and building systems and processes to compound growth learnings over time.
Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of experience in a growth or Go-To-Market role, preferably at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup, with a proven track record in SEO, landing page optimization, email marketing, and content strategy. Strong analytical skills and a scrappy, high-ownership operator mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and action bias, are essential.
